Prioritise customer communication

Know the saying 'communication is key'? As an iDlvr driver, communication is crucial to the success of a delivery. As soon as you receive an order, consider reaching out to the customer through the app chat feature. Let them know you will be taking care of their order and ensure it will be delivered promptly. This personal touch can make a big difference!

Deliver orders on-time

After accepting an order, you will see a recommended time frame for delivery in the app. Completing deliveries within the recommended time frame is crucial to building trust with customers and receiving positive reviews. Be mindful of your time management and inform customers of any potential delays to their delivery.

Handle orders with care

Ensure that all orders are handled with care during transportation to avoid any loss or damage. We also know things don't always go according to plan, which is why we expect all drivers to have third party and marine cargo insurance, just in case.
