Ever gone to pick up a delivery and realised you need an extra pair of hands?
As an iDlvr driver, delivering large orders or bulky items efficiently is essential. To maximise efficiency and minimise challenges when transporting oversized items or large orders, our app includes a convenient feature that allows drivers to request additional helpers.
- When you accept an order, you will be able to see all the order details in the iDlvr app. To request an additional helper, select 'Help loading/unloading your order?'
- Specify if you need help at the pick-up point, the drop-off point or both. We'll put the call out to another driver in the area to come and assist you.
Any helpers you request will receive a flat fee that is covered by the customer.
