This guide shows you how to request extra helpers to deliver large orders or bulky items
Got a large order and think it needs an extra pair of hands to get it delivered?
At iDlvr, we deliver large orders or bulky items efficiently. So to maximise efficiency and minimise challenges for our drivers, our app includes a convenient feature that allows you to request additional helpers when you place an order.
- When you create an order, scroll down to 'Does your order need more than one driver to load/unload?' Select 'Yes'.
- Under 'How many helpers are required?', select the total number of additional helpers you require.
. - Under ‘Assistance Type’, select from the following options:
- ‘I need help at the pick up location’
- ‘I need help at the delivery location’
- ‘I need help at both locations’
From here, continue your order as usual. Our team will ensure you are paired with the right driver and helpers!
